Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Costing Manager to lead our Hybrid Costing Center of Excellence (COE) and drive cost analysis, financial insights, and process optimization. This role requires expertise in SAP Material Ledger , strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships while leading a high-performing finance team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Costing & Financial Analysis ? Provide financial operations support , delivering real-time cost analysis and insights. ? Lead the Hybrid Costing COE , ensuring best practices in cost reporting and financial processes. ? Utilize SAP Material Ledger for accurate cost accounting and process optimization. ? Conduct variance analysis , cost control measures, and financial forecasting. 2. Process Standardization & Optimization ? Optimize SAP systems and leverage automation to enhance efficiency. ? Implement business continuity plans, cross-training programs, and process standardization . ? Develop and execute predictive & prescriptive analytics methodologies for financial insights. 3. Leadership & Team Management ? Manage and mentor a finance team of 5+ members , fostering a high-performance culture. ? Ensure accuracy and quality of financial deliverables through a robust review mechanism . ? Drive global projects focused on financial process improvement and optimization. 4. Stakeholder & Business Partnering ? Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align financial insights with business goals. ? Present cost insights using Power BI, Tableau , and other advanced analytics tools. ? Partner with global teams to support manufacturing plant operations in a shared services model. Qualifications & Skills: Required: ? CMA (Certified Management Accountant) qualification. ? 12+ years of finance experience , with at least 5 years of leadership in a manufacturing company . ? Strong expertise in SAP Material Ledger & cost management in a manufacturing environment. ? Hands-on experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, and variance reporting . ? Proven ability to lead teams and work with global finance stakeholders . Preferred: ? SAP BW knowledge for enhanced financial data reporting. ? Experience in operations finance within a shared services model . ? Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and data visualization tools .
