This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment role based in Kolkata. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across functions.

This role is suited for someone with strong hands-on hiring experience who can thrive in a fast-paced unicorn startup environment, manage volumes, and close positions with speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels

Drive offer rollouts, negotiations, and candidate closures

Maintain accurate hiring trackers, MIS reports, and recruitment dashboards

Ensure smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding

Support hiring drives, bulk hiring initiatives, and employer branding activities

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment

Strong sourcing skills across job portals and LinkedIn

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously

Experience hiring for startups or high-growth environments is preferred

Familiarity with ATS and recruitment metrics is a plus

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
