About the Role We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Central Strategy team within the Builder Channel Vertical at NoBroker Technologies Pvt Ltd. This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead projects and initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of programs. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating with various departments and stakeholders to meet the objectives of the Builder Channel Vertical. Responsibilities Lead and manage program planning and execution. Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment with company goals. Develop and implement strategies for the Builder Channel Vertical. Monitor progress, assess program performance, and make adjustments as needed. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and program improvements. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Qualifications Proven experience of 1-3 years in program management, preferably in real estate or a related industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
