About the Role: The Technical Recruiter will play a crucial role in building and scaling technology teams by managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles, effective sourcing strategies, and close collaboration with hiring managers to attract and hire the right talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

● Source candidates for various technical roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other IT profiles

● Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and hiring timelines

● Utilize job portals and professional networks such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms to identify qualified candidates

● Schedule and coordinate interview rounds while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

● Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring trackers

● Stay updated with current IT hiring trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

● Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment

● Strong understanding of technical roles, IT skill sets, and hiring requirements

● Proven experience with candidate sourcing strategies and recruitment tools

● Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

● Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines

● Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
