About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter with 4–6 years of experience in end‑to‑end hiring for technology roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing top technical talent, driving the full recruitment cycle, and consistently improving hiring processes through innovative strategies and upskilling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and engage qualified technical candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, references, and targeted search strategies.
  • Screen profiles to evaluate technical competencies, communication skills, and overall fit for the role.
  • Conduct initial HR discussions and coordinate all interview stages with candidates and hiring panels.
  • Manage complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, feedback coordination, negotiations, and offer rollout.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche and future technology roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and market availability.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, sourcing channel performance, candidate pipeline health, and closure rate.
  • Stay updated with latest technologies, emerging tech stacks, and hiring trends to understand role requirements better.
  • Explore and recruit for advanced domains including AI, ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, and Modern Software Engineering roles.
  • Experiment with innovative recruitment methods such as talent intelligence tools, AI‑assisted sourcing, automation in screening, and advanced Boolean/X‑Ray search strategies.
  • Participate in continuous learning, self‑development, and upskilling initiatives to enhance recruitment expertise as technology evolves.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience and act as a strong employer brand ambassador.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in technical hiring across multiple tech stacks.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and end‑to‑end recruitment ownership.
  • Ability to understand and evaluate modern technologies, frameworks, and engineering concepts.
  • Familiarity with AI‑based sourcing tools, talent platforms, and innovative recruitment solutions (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with 5 days WFO.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or any related field (preferred).
