Job Description :
Minimum 6 Months - 2 years of IT Recruitment experience
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter, sound knowledge of technical Jargon
Should have experience in hiring trainers/freelancers / Instructors / Mentors from top MNC's brands and giants.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn, social media recruiting, and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
