Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent across engineering, data, cloud, and IT roles. The ideal candidate understands technical skill sets, can partner closely with hiring managers, and manages the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct technical/behavioral interviews
• Assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication
• Maintain and update ATS with accurate candidate data
• Drive employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development
• Negotiate offers and manage offer-to-join process
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–6+ years of experience in technical recruiting or IT staffing
• Strong understanding of technical roles (Software, Data, Cloud, DevOps, QA, etc.)
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring for niche or senior technical roles
• Knowledge of modern tech stacks (Cloud, Big Data, AI/ML, DevOps)
• Agency or consulting recruitment experience
• Familiarity with global or remote hiring

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
