Job Summary

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end IT recruitment

  for domestic clients across

  C2H mandates

  .
• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through

  job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

  .
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical fit and client expectations.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive closures within TAT.
• Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and niche requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and client SLAs.

Mandatory Requirements

• 1–6 years

  of experience in

  Domestic IT Staffing

  .

• Hands-on C2H hiring experience is mandatory

  .
• Strong understanding of IT skills, roles, and hiring trends.
• Experience working on multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in sourcing via

  Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster

  , and other platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MSP/VMS-driven hiring.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
• Exposure to permanent and contract staffing models.
