Job Description

HatchPros is looking to hire an experienced

Technical Recruiter

to join our growing team.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing
Proficient in Boolean search, RPS, and end-to-end recruitment
Experience working on IT roles across multiple technologies
Healthcare IT recruitment experience preferred (Epic, EMR/EHR, Clinical IT, etc.)
Strong communication and coordination skills

Role Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for IT and Healthcare IT positions
Active candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and other platforms
Screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
Managing pipelines and closing positions efficiently

Salary

No bar for the right fit

Work Location:

Dwarka, Delhi – Sector 6 (On-site)
Immediate or short notice candidates preferred
