Job Description

We Breathe Life Into Data

At Komodo Health, our mission is to reduce the global burden of disease. And we believe that smarter use of data is essential to this mission. That's why we built the Healthcare Map — the industry's largest, most complete, precise view of the U.S. healthcare system — by combining de-identified, real-world patient data with innovative algorithms and decades of clinical experience. The Healthcare Map serves as our foundation for a powerful suite of software applications, helping us answer healthcare's most complex questions for our partners. Across the healthcare ecosystem, we're helping our clients unlock critical insights to track detailed patient behaviors and treatment patterns, identify gaps in care, address unmet patient needs, and reduce the global burden of disease.

As we pursue these goals, it remains essential to us that we stay grounded in our values: be awesome, seek growth, deliver "wow," and enjoy the ride. At Komodo, you will be joining a team of ambitious, supportive Dragons with diverse backgrounds but a shared passion to deliver on our mission to reduce the burden of disease — and enjoy the journey along the way.

The Opportunity at Komodo Health

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a part of Komodo's People function - a team dedicated to building a world-class organization by attracting exceptional talent, fostering meaningful engagement, and nurturing a high-performance culture. This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening Komodo's presence in India, while collaborating closely with our global People team to deliver an unparalleled candidate and employee experience.

The mission of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for both candidates and hiring teams. In addition to driving hiring excellence, this role will also contribute to employee engagement and on-boarding efforts, ensuring new Dragons feel connected, informed, and inspired from day one

Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have…

  • Successfully hired 20+ new Dragons across various functions, ensuring timely, high-quality hires aligned with business goals
  • Built strong partnerships with hiring managers and global stakeholders through transparent and proactive communication
  • Elevated the candidate experience by ensuring consistency, clarity, and responsiveness throughout the hiring journey
  • Collaborated with the People Experience team to introduce employee engagement initiatives that strengthened local culture and belonging
  • Supported on-boarding and engagement touchpoints that contributed to a smooth transition for new joiners

You will accomplish these outcomes through the following responsibilities…

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements, interview structures, and selection criteria
  • Drive sourcing strategies using creative methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean searches, referrals, and networking
  • Lead all aspects of the interview process - scheduling, communication, feedback coordination, and offer negotiation
  • Ensure alignment with approved headcount, timelines, and budget
  • Leverage the Greenhouse ATS to maintain accurate candidate data, progress tracking, and reporting metrics

Employee Engagement & Onboarding (Secondary)

  • Partner with the People team to plan and execute engagement activities that foster team connection and recognition
  • Support the seamless onboarding of new hires, ensuring all pre-joining documentation and background checks are completed accurately and timely
  • Conduct check-ins with new joiners to ensure a positive transition and early engagement
  • Collaborate on initiatives that strengthen Komodo's employer brand and employee value proposition in India

What you bring to Komodo Health:

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate or global environment
  • Strong track record of managing multiple roles simultaneously across different business functions
  • Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and Google Suite (or Microsoft Excel)
  • Skilled in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced boolean searches
  • Prior experience supporting US-based teams or working across time zones
  • Understanding of local employment laws and compliant hiring practices
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills

Additional skills and experience we'd prioritize (nice to have)…
