In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for hospitals and healthcare institutions across India. You will work closely with hiring managers, source top medical talent, and ensure timely closures of open roles. Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding Engage with job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to build a strong talent pipeline Understand client hospital requirements and deliver suitable candidates within set timelines Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics regularly Foster strong relationships with candidates and client HR teams to ensure smooth hiring experiences Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in end-end recruitment Freshers are also Welcome Degree in Human Resource Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple mandates simultaneously Hands-on experience with platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Resdex, etc. Energetic, target-driven, and eager to contribute to the healthcare ecosystem Join Ohm Jobs and be part of a purpose-driven team transforming healthcare hiring across India!
