Job Description:
Ohm Jobs is looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for hospitals and healthcare institutions across India. You will work closely with hiring managers, source top medical talent, and ensure timely closures of open roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
• Engage with job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to build a strong talent pipeline
• Understand client hospital requirements and deliver suitable candidates within set timelines
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics regularly
• Foster strong relationships with candidates and client HR teams to ensure smooth hiring experiences

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in end-end recruitment

Freshers are also Welcome

• Degree in Human Resource
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple mandates simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Resdex, etc.
• Energetic, target-driven, and eager to contribute to the healthcare ecosystem
