Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on C-level, leadership, and niche roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate offers and close positions within defined TAT and budget
• Handle joining formalities, onboarding documentation, and induction
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reports
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment law

Skills & Competencies

• 5+ years of experience, prior experience in the D2C industry is a must
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle bulk as well as niche hiring
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS/HRMS tools
• Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of interviewing techniques and selection methods
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
