Providing accurate information about products or services and guiding customers in making informed decisions. Work closely with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. Responding to customer inquiries accurately and on time, through various channels, including phone, email and chat. Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in a smooth and customer-friendly manner. Monitor stock levels, update inventory regularly, and ensure accurate inventory records. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.
