What will you do? (Responsibilities): Install and commission vending machines at client sites. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines operate smoothly. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or software issues in the machines. Maintain detailed service reports and records. Provide on-site and remote support to clients. Train customers on basic machine usage and troubleshooting. Coordinate with the internal team for parts and escalations. Travel to various customer locations as needed. What do we need? (Requirements): Diploma / B.E., in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field. 2–4 years of field experience in servicing vending machines or similar equipment. Basic understanding of electrical circuits, sensors, and wiring. Knowledge of microcontrollers and basic software interface is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel and work on-site regularly. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
