Job Description

Responsibilities: Ingredient Sourcing & Supplier Management: Conduct market research to identify premium coffee brands and blends suitable for vending machine applications. Evaluate and recommend coffee brands based on quality, flavor profiles, and compatibility with product requirements. Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure consistent availability and quality of selected coffee brands. Product Development & Innovation: Lead the development of new coffee products, including Coffee Decoction, Extracts, Premixes etc. Ensure products align with customer specifications and market trends. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition products from lab trials to full-scale production. Quality Assurance & Sensory Evaluation: Conduct rigorous assessments of sensory profiles to uphold stringent quality parameters. Continuously evaluate and improve processes for quality enhancement. Cupping & Grading: Perform regular cupping sessions to evaluate flavor profiles, aroma, body, acidity, and aftertaste. Grade coffee samples based on established industry standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Maintain detailed records of cupping results and grading assessments to inform product development and quality control. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field. Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in coffee production management. Proven track record in product development and innovation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
