Job Summary:

Boatload Minds Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inbound Sales Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, responsible for engaging potential customers, qualifying them, and setting up appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and website chat
• Qualify leads based on interest, budget, timeline, and business need
• Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team
• Maintain detailed records and status updates in CRM tools
• Understand customer pain points and present the Dit’o solution effectively
• Share regular insights with the marketing and sales teams
• Follow up consistently and ensure a smooth handoff to field sales

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in inbound sales, telecalling, or lead qualification
• Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
• Basic knowledge of B2B or HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) domains is a plus
• Experience working with CRM software or Excel
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
