Job Title: Sales Operations Executive Sales Documentation & Operations Specialist Location: Noida, sector 68 Experience: 1–3 years preferred Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written) Job Description: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team and support our sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end documentation processes, managing operational pendency, coordinating with both customers and internal teams, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all data-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: Handle and verify all incoming and outgoing documentation with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness . Identify and track any pendency or missing requirements in documentation. Connect with customers professionally to collect pending documents or resolve any discrepancies. Coordinate with the sales team to clarify, follow up, and close documentation-related requirements. Maintain and update data regularly in Excel and Google Sheets; ensure proper formatting, tracking, and version control. Be accountable for math-based checks and calculations related to forms, payment breakdowns, and case summaries. Sign off on documents after quality and accuracy verification. Act as an operational bridge between the customer and the internal team to ensure timely and smooth execution of deals. Assist the sales team in finalizing documentation requirements to move cases toward closure. Be disciplined, punctual, and particular about processes, timelines, and accuracy standards. Requirements: Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (vlookup, filters, formatting, data validation, etc.) Strong understanding of basic calculations and document checks . Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English . A sharp eye for detail and commitment to zero-error execution . Ability to multi-task and coordinate across departments with clarity and ownership. Prior experience in an operations or documentation-based role is a plus.
