We’re looking for Inbound Sales Executive to join our dynamic team!
What We’re Looking For:
1.Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
2.Understand customer needs and product requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.
3.Prepare and send accurate and timely quotations to customers.
4.Follow up on leads and quotations to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
5.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
6.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
7.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
