About the Role

As an Inbound Sales Executive at Autocracy Machinery, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound sales inquiries received through multiple channels such as website, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, expos, marketing platforms and marketing campaigns. This role demands strong communication skills, customer understanding, and the ability to prepare quotations and close deals efficiently while maintaining updated lead data in the CRM system. You will also collaborate with Product, Marketing, and After-Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from the first inquiry to order confirmation.

Purpose

To effectively manage inbound leads, provide accurate information, prepare quotations, and convert inquiries into successful sales, contributing to Autocracy Machinery’s business growth and customer satisfaction objectives.

The Work You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound inquiries from channels including website, phone calls, WhatsApp, marketing platforms, expos, and social media campaigns.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate machinery solutions across Autocracy’s product lines.
  • Prepare and share quotations, pricing details, and technical brochures in coordination with the Product and Technical teams.
  • Follow up with clients to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update all lead and customer data accurately in the CRM system (preferably Zoho).
  • Work with the Marketing team to evaluate lead quality and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the After-Sales team to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction.
  • Track inquiry conversions, generate reports, and share updates with the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through efficient handling of inbound leads.
  • Maintain consistent communication and timely responses to all customer inquiries.
  • Ensure accuracy and discipline in CRM updates and documentation.
  • Deliver a professional, solution-oriented approach in every customer interaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams for quotations, technical support, and post-sales coordination.
  • Continuously update product knowledge to confidently present solutions to clients.

Key Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in inbound or inside sales, preferably in machinery, industrial equipment, or product-based sales.
  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and close deals independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools (preferably Zoho) and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Civil Engineering will have an added advantage.

Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is required. Knowledge of Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam will be considered an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
