Job Description

As an Inbound Sales Executive, your role involves handling incoming inquiries, qualifying leads, and converting them into clients for IT products and services. You will be responsible for: - Handling inbound calls, emails, and website inquiries. - Understanding client requirements and recommending suitable IT solutions. - Sharing proposals/quotations and following up for closure. - Conducting basic product/service demos. - Maintaining CRM updates and preparing sales reports. - Coordinating with technical teams for requirement understanding. You are required to have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of IT services (web/mobile development, software solutions, SaaS), strong negotiation and follow-up skills, and experience with CRM tools is preferred.
