Role Overview

Customer Support vertical

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and resolve customer queries received through inbound communication channels.
   
2. Handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers professionally.
   
3. Ensure timely closure of faults and complaints within defined SLA standards.
   
4. Provide accurate product/service information and guide customers effectively.
   
5. Support inbound sales by performing upselling and cross-selling wherever applicable.
   
6. Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering quick, efficient, and empathetic service.
   
7. Document interactions, actions taken, and resolutions provided in the system.
   
8. Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and process improvements.
   
9. Handle disputes and manage multiple stakeholders during complex cases.
   
10. Work effectively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic operational needs.
    
11. Meet performance targets related to service quality, sales conversion, and turnaround time.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (international client handling).

Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience.
  
• Prior experience in

  international inbound sales or customer support

  preferred.
• Proficiency in English language is mandatory.
