Position: Customer Support as Sales (Inbound Sales Representative)

Location: Bangalore Adugodi

Work Mode: 100% Work From Office

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic professionals for an Inbound Customer Support role with a strong sales focus. The role involves assisting customers and upselling relevant products/services while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls professionally

Resolve customer queries with a sales-oriented approach

Upsell and cross-sell products/services effectively

Build rapport and maintain customer satisfaction

Meet sales and quality targets consistently

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months to 4 years of experience

Customer Support professionals with sales knowledge are welcome

Excellent communication skills (English)

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Shift & Work Details

Shift Timing: 12:30 PM 2:30 PM (Night Shift)

Working Days: 5 days a week

Work Mode: Complete Work From Office

Compensation & Employment

Maximum Salary: Up to 7.5 LPA

Contract Duration: 8 months to 1 year

Payroll: Team Lease Payroll
