Human Resource Officer - Telephonic Support

First Point of Contact for Employee Queries

Handle incoming calls from employees regarding HR policies, leave, benefits, payroll, onboarding, etc.
Provide accurate and timely information as per HR SOPs.

Empathetic and Professional Communication

Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone.
Practice active listening to understand employee concerns thoroughly.

Issue Resolution & Escalation

Resolve queries during the call or log them into the system for further action.
Escalate complex or policy-exception cases to the appropriate HR team or COE.

Call Logging and Documentation

Log each interaction accurately in the HR ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Freshdesk).
Ensure proper categorization and tagging for reporting and follow-up.

Adherence to SLAs and Call Quality Standards

Meet targets for call handling time, resolution time, and employee satisfaction.
Follow scripts and compliance guidelines while ensuring a personalized experience.
