Employment type: Temporary (1 Year Contract)

Role & responsibilities

  • Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruitment, ONB, Reporting & Analytics).
  • Deep understanding of people data models, HR metrics, and employee lifecycle data.
  • Create interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within PowerBI systems.
  • Support the payroll and benefits teams with reporting, data audits, and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to larger HR projects, such as system implementations or process redesigns.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Support the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation, standardization, or efficiency opportunities within HR operations.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR operations, providing expert guidance on end-to-end HR processes (Hire to Retire) and ensuring adherence to defined service standards
  • Drive harmonization of HR processes.
  • Execute all operational work activities that fall under HR Services; including but not limited to:
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Onboarding
  • Payroll
  • HR Administration
  • General query handling, documentation, etc.
  • Maintain employee data and HR systems.
  • Responsible in executing all the HR Operations processes as per the agreed SLA with high level quality in all deliverables.
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to local and global data protection norms.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) SuccessFactors, SAP, and AskHRS & ServiceNow ticketing tool, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members within the HR Service Team to share ideas for the continuous improvement of processes.
  • Creating guidelines and SOPs.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for visualization and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and SAP.
  • Experience with AskHRS & ServiceNow ticketing tool.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Shared Services.
  • Proficiency in MS office suite (Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
