We are looking for candidates for Global Mobility role
exp: 4-8 yrs
Location : Noida
Responsibility :
a) Supporting global mobility operations by coordinating international assignments, ensuring compliance with global mobility policies, and facilitating smooth relocation processes.
b) The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mobility frameworks, operational support .
c) Pre-expatriation support-Travel coordination
d) Maintain documentation for audit readiness and reporting purposes.
e) Manage the end-to-end process for global assignments, employment law compliance budgeting, Immigration
policies, right to work and naturalization processes for international employees Established the internal HR
organization,
f) Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in collaboration with attorneys
