Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and human resources, to gather data, analyse financial performance, and support decision-making. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering financial guidance and support. 7. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. Implement best practices and tools to enhance the FP&A function and drive continuous improvement. Participate in the monetization of the benefits of different improvements done by the respective teams. 8. Ad Hoc Analysis : Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by senior management or clients.
