Job Description

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and ideal candidate profiles.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams.
Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for key and hard-to-fill roles to ensure timely hiring.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and pipeline conversion rates.
Partner with hiring teams to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and campus recruitment when needed.
