Job Description

Role & Responsibilites •Managing cleaning services & pantry operations at the site as per /client standards. •Managing Housekeeping & Security team at site. • Daily briefing & tasking of the Housekeeping team at the site. •Ensure Compass/client SOPs for Soft Services are being complied. •Ensure Compass/ HSC standards for Soft Services are being complied. •Ensure housekeeping services are being run with the sanctioned manpower and as per the budget allocation. •Inventory management & storekeeping of housekeeping & pantry consumables. •Ordering of housekeeping & pantry consumables to maintain the minimum stock level at the site •PR/PO/Invoice process in. •Maintaining daily attendance records of site operation. Maintaining the leave record of the team. •Key Management for all office storage units (mid-height and full-height storage, pedestal), keeping a record of keys allotted to colleagues, etc. •Stationery storage room management. •Monthly training of site-based employees as per the Sodexo training calendar. •Pantry operation in all zone (Beverages). •Pantry operation in all zone (Beverages). Planning and management of all 'Events' of client business function. •Conceptualize and implement Best practices initiatives. •Quality management. Safety management and daily safety walk at operation. Any other activity planned at the site like a festival celebration/event etc.
