Job Description

Ensure facility rounds are taken & helpdesk tickets are raised & closed on time - 10% Quarterly increase in tickets .Ensure all mails /queries received on facility mail ID is responded on timeSupport in sharing monthly reports with MIS teamEnsure attending operations call & sharing site updatesSharing MMR details by 6h of every monthServicing of equipment’s are done as per the schedule & service reports are maintained & shared for uploading in CMMS portalAccurate & correct data is updated in the daily report & the same is shared with MIS before EODMonthly HK & PH material requisition is shared by 3rd of every monthIMT details are updated on weekly basis.BGV’s /PCC are done for all new resource deployed at siteEnsuring adequate HK,PH,& pantry consumable availability site & FIFO checklist is maintained & updated regularlyEnsuring consumable stock is maintained for 1.5mths (HK)Ensuring work permits are raised for activities carried out at site one day in advance. All R&M activities are closely monitored & safety standards are followedUpdating of Risk register with action taken to mitigate the risk.One initiative per quarter from cost saving/process improvement/ innovation perspectivePhysical stock verification of HK & PH consumables as per SOP & ensuring consumable stock is maintained for 1.5mthsEnsure a Quarterly R&R nominations shared by first week of the quarterly monthCoordinating & maintaining records for training to be conducted at site as per the training calendar
