Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Audit Lead located in Delhi, India. The Internal Audit Lead will be responsible for planning and conducting internal audits, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The role includes performing detailed reviews of financial and operational processes, preparing audit reports, and providing recommendations for improvements. The Internal Audit Lead will also communicate findings to senior management and assist in implementing audit recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in Internal Auditing, Risk Management, and Compliance Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred Experience in the food services or related industry is a plus Show more Show less
