Job Description

Job Title: Facility Executive – Soft Services. Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore. Experience: 2–5 Years Department: Facilities (FCLS) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The Facility Executive – Soft Services will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations related to housekeeping, security, pantry, pest control, and other soft service functions within the facility. The role ensures a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment while coordinating with vendors, support teams, and clients for smooth operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Housekeeping Management Ensure daily cleaning, deep cleaning, washroom hygiene, and upkeep of all common areas. Supervise housekeeping staff and maintain duty rosters, checklists, and attendance. Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality housekeeping standards. 2. Security & Safety Oversight Coordinate with the security team for guard deployment, visitor management, and access control. Monitor CCTV functioning, incident reporting, and overall security compliance. Handle escalations related to security concerns. 3. Pantry & Vendor Coordination Supervise pantry operations including beverage services, inventory management, and hygiene. Manage vendor relationships, AMCs, and service quality for all soft service vendors. 4. Pest Control & Hygiene Ensure monthly pest control treatments and maintain logs. Monitor food handling areas to ensure proper sanitation and hygiene levels. 5. Client Coordination & Reporting Act as POC for client facility-related concerns. Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports on soft services operations. Resolve client escalations promptly and ensure service delivery meets expectations. 6. General Facility Operations Manage stationery, housekeeping consumables, and other operational supplies. Ensure timely issue closure related to maintenance and soft services. Assist in event setups and support facility-related activities. Skills & Competencies Strong people management and team coordination skills. Knowledge of housekeeping, security, pantry, pest control operations. Vendor management and negotiation abilities. Good communication and reporting skills. Problem-solving and quick decision-making. Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel/Word). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma (Any stream preferred). 2–5 years of experience in soft services/facilities management. Experience in corporate/commercial facilities preferred.
