Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to candidate onboarding. -Sourcing Candidates: Use various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and engage top talent. -Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. -Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience. -Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements. -Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand and values to attract high-quality candidates. -Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. ATS Management: Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). -Recruitment Reporting: Track recruitment metrics in keka hire platform and provide regular updates to management. -Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal regulations. -Talent Pipeline: Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
