Role Description We are hiring Talent Acquisition Recruiters at both Junior and Senior levels for our Mumbai office (on-site). You will manage the full recruitment life cycle — from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding. Your role will involve: Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels. Conducting interviews and assessments. Coordinating the selection process to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Maintaining strong candidate pipelines for current and future needs. For the Senior Talent Acquisition position, you will also mentor junior team members, manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, and collaborate on strategic hiring initiatives. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of relevant recruitment experience to apply (agency or corporate). Senior Position: 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience. Prior experience working in a consulting or recruitment agency is a strong advantage. Proficiency in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
