Role Description We are hiring Talent Acquisition Recruiters at both Junior and Senior levels for our Mumbai office (on-site). You will manage the full recruitment life cycle — from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding. Your role will involve: Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels. Conducting interviews and assessments. Coordinating the selection process to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Maintaining strong candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
