Job Title: Senior Recruiter

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure and onboarding.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
    • Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, social media, niche platforms).
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for critical and niche roles.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
    • Coordinate and manage

      background verification process

      for offered candidates.
    • Liaise with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of BGV checks.
    • Maintain compliance and documentation for all verification processes.
    • Prepare recruitment dashboards and reports using

      Excel and Power BI

      .
    • Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion ratios) to improve processes.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
    • Conduct post-offer follow-ups (POFU) to reduce dropouts and improve offer-to-join ratio.
    • Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with hiring standards.
    • Continuously improve recruitment processes through automation and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in

    end-to-end recruitment

    across multiple functions and levels.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using advanced Boolean search and multiple platforms.
  • Excellent

    stakeholder management

    and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in

    Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards)

    and

    Power BI

    for data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience in

    background verification coordination

    and compliance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment automation tools and ATS systems is a plus.
