BCE GLOBAL TECH OPENING -Recruiter Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
