Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels to achieve a target of

  50 shortlisted CVs

  within defined timelines.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates for further evaluation.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to clearly understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
• Draft and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms to support sourcing efforts.
• Build and maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline through continuous and proactive sourcing.
• Schedule and coordinate telephonic screening calls as required.
• Maintain accurate sourcing trackers and share regular progress reports on shortlisted profiles.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment support

• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and resume databases.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using ATS/HRMS or recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
