Position: International Business Development Manager Educational Qualification: BBA/MBA (International Trade / Business / Marketing / Supply Chain Management), Equivalent Industry: International Trade & Development Experience: 3 years minimum Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with organizational goals. Identify new markets, sectors, and business opportunities. Collaborate with the leadership team to set long-term objectives. Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients. Lead the development of proposals and pitches. Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients. Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients. Provide regular project updates and address client inquiries. Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded. Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients. Understand client needs and objectives. Client Satisfaction: Gather client feedback and address concerns. Ensure overall client satisfaction with the services provided. Identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with market research, supply chain, and legal teams. Collaborate with project managers to ensure client expectations are met. Provide feedback to internal teams based on client needs. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Network with key stakeholders and industry professionals. Represent the company professionally and positively. Project Planning: Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources. Work with teams to define project scopes and objectives. Allocate resources and set priorities. Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they align with strategic goals. Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary. Address challenges and bottlenecks promptly.
