Logistics Coordinator & QA

As a Logistics Coordinator & QA at our company, your role will involve combining hands-on quality checks with logistics coordination to ensure that shipments meet client specifications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting pre-shipment inspections against the client-approved sample, checking dimensions, finishes, functionality, packaging integrity, and labeling. - Using inspection checklists and capturing photos/videos for client sign-off. - Overseeing correct cartonization, palletization, labeling, and any special packaging requirements. - Coordinating with the Export/Import Operations Executive on pickup, stuffing, and handover documentation. - Maintaining inspection logs, non-conformance reports (NCR), and following up on corrective actions with suppliers. - Acting as the first responder for shipment quality escalations and coordinating rework or replacement. - Assisting in sample testing (basic checks) and sourcing third-party testing when required, coordinating with suppliers/clients. Qualifications required for this position include: - A degree in Quality/Production/Engineering or a relevant field. - 3-4 years of experience in product inspections, pre-shipment inspections, or QA in a manufacturing/export environment. - Familiarity with AQL, sampling plans, and packaging standards for export. - Strong documentation and photo-reporting skills.
