About the Role:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across functions (from sourcing to onboarding).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels — job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio).
• Collaborate with the HR team for onboarding and employee branding initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
