Job Summary
As a
Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead
at BigMint, you will be responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent across functions. You will partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, build talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to deliver high-quality hires and support BigMint’s growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and design proactive talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
- Build, manage, and engage a strong talent pipeline through employer branding, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing techniques, including social media hiring, campus recruitment, and industry mapping.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position BigMint as an aspirational workplace.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, reinforcing BigMint’s culture and values throughout the hiring process.
- Use recruitment analytics and dashboards to track metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness) and inform decisions.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders on workforce planning, succession pipelines, and niche talent needs.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies in all recruitment practices.
Qualifications And Eligibility Criteria
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in Recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or knowledge-driven industry.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end hiring for mid to senior-level roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with business leaders.
- Experience in designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, HR systems, and recruitment analytics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
- Strategic mindset with operational excellence in driving recruitment outcomes.
- Experience in employer branding, campus recruitment, and talent marketing.
