Talent Acquisition Lead

This role is a mid-management position reporting to the Head of HR, requiring a high level of ownership and accountability in ensuring the recruitment and retention of high-quality talent across various business functions. Responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies tailored to business requirements, crafting job descriptions aligned with organizational needs, and utilizing a variety of resources to attract top tech talent such as social media, job boards, advanced search techniques, referrals, and innovative sourcing tools. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with recruiting agencies, managing the recruitment life-cycle from sourcing to negotiations, and overseeing hiring for all verticals across non-tech levels. Furthermore, responsibilities extend to manpower planning, budgeting, and forecasting, creating SOPs for recruitment processes, leading employment branding efforts, enhancing candidate experience, assisting in employee retention and development, supervising recruiting personnel, and driving campus engagements including career fairs to bolster the company's brand. Ideal candidates will possess experience in recruiting diverse profiles across business functions and levels, exposure to FMCG and start-up environments, familiarity with both tech and non-tech hiring, and a background from Tier-1/Tier-2 colleges. Strong communication skills, the ability to connect effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and robust selling skills are highly preferred.
