Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end hiring across India, UK, US, and other key geographies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT services recruitment, stakeholder management, and global hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end recruitment cycle for roles across UK, US & India.
  
• Partner directly with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver on workforce plans.
  
• Build and manage talent pipelines for niche technology, consulting, and leadership roles.
  
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels like LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, and social media.
  
• Deliver a strong candidate experience and maintain high engagement throughout the process.
  
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire).
  
• Stay updated with global hiring trends, competitor insights, and compensation benchmarks.

Key Requirements

• 7-10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 4-5 years in global hiring (UK & US focus) within IT services/consulting.
  
• Strong exposure to hiring across technology, cloud, data, ERP, Salesforce, and digital transformation roles.
  
• Proven success in closing mid-to-senior/leadership roles in global markets.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and negotiation skills.
  
• Flexibility to work across time zones and handle global stakeholders.
• Knowledge of visa processes, compliance, and regional labor laws (India, UK, US) will be an added advantage.
