Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition leader to lead our recruitment efforts at Cintal Technologies, India. In this pivotal role, you will architect and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies that attract top-tier candidates while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand and fulfil the organization's talent needs and ensure alignment with our overall business goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing and mentoring a team of recruiters and collaborating with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
  • Provides guidance and direction to recruiters and to be responsible for managing the recruiter’s effectiveness in meeting their performance goals
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Implement employer branding strategies that communicate our unique company culture and values to prospective candidates
  • Overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Align with hiring managers and interview participants to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
  • Champion inclusion and diversity initiatives throughout the recruitment process to ensure a broad candidate pool
  • Lead the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and selecting good candidates through effective assessment methodologies
  • Ensure that TA processes are effective and to recommend and implement process improvements if needed
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to analyse recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes


Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles
  • 6 years of recruitment support experience in supervisory role
  • Result oriented and the ability to plan and prioritize
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders alike
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
