Job Description

As a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment efforts for the Chennai office. Your role will involve strategic planning for the hiring process, effective stakeholder management, and leading a high-performing recruitment team. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the oil & gas or engineering services sector. Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: - Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and maintain high performance. - Cultivate a collaborative and results-driven team culture. - Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to comprehend workforce requirements and align recruitment strategies. - Provide regular updates and insights to leadership regarding hiring progress, challenges, and market trends. - Recruitment Strategy & Execution: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions in the Chennai office, ensuring timely and quality hires. - Implement proactive sourcing strategies by utilizing industry networks, job boards, and social platforms. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations during the hiring process. - Process Optimization: - Continuously enhance recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to improve efficiency and candidate experience. - Implement best practices in talent acquisition, particularly tailored to the oil & gas and engineering services domain. Qualifications & Experience: - 15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity. - Demonstrated track record of hiring across various levels, with a focus on technical and engineering domains. - Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities. - Previous experience in the oil & gas or engineering services industry is highly desirable. - Proficient in recruitment tools, ATS systems, and data-driven hiring practices.
