Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at 70 EMG, your primary responsibility will be to attract, identify, and hire a suitable talent pool that aligns with the company's ethos and culture. You will play a crucial role in forecasting annual hiring needs, devising innovative hiring strategies, and re-engineering the recruitment and selection process to ensure the right talent is onboarded efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Forecast annual hiring needs and develop innovative hiring strategies in line with 70 EMG's business objectives. - Identify suitable sources of recruitment and leverage them during the selection process. - Create awareness and enhance the referral process within the organization. - Streamline the recruitment and selection process at 70 EMG. - Design and implement creative processes to attract the right talent. - Develop a comprehensive employer brand strategy that reflects the values and culture of 70 EMG. - Execute communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting strategy through various channels. - Promote the employee value proposition on digital and social media platforms. - Ensure timely turnaround from requirement to closure in the hiring process. - Monitor and ensure all checkpoints in talent acquisition are met smoothly. - Continuously re-evaluate recruitment strategies to meet the evolving hiring requirements at 70 EMG. Qualification Required: - Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. - 5-7 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Additional Details: You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, familiarity with social media and professional networks, and experience with full-cycle recruiting.
