We are expanding rapidly across multiple states and are looking for a visionary Head of TA to build and scale our workforce, especially our high-impact Sales team, to fuel this growth.

Experience: 8 - 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership/Head of TA role.

The
Head of Talent Acquisition will be a strategic business partner, responsible for designing, leading, and executing the end-to-end recruitment strategy necessary for rapid, multi-city/state scaling of Clinikk's workforce. A core focus will be on bulk hiring for our critical on-the-ground Sales and Clinic Operations teams across diverse geographies, while also securing niche talent for our Technology, Product, and Corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Scaling & Bulk Hiring Leadership
- Develop and execute a robust, multi-year Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with Clinikk's aggressive growth targets and business objectives across multiple Indian cities and states.
- Spearhead the high-volume/bulk hiring strategy for the Sales and Operations functions, ensuring high quality of hire and adherence to aggressive time-to-fill targets in geographically dispersed markets.
- Establish scalable, standardized, and legally compliant recruitment processes that can be deployed quickly across new territories.
- Conduct comprehensive workforce planning and talent forecasting in close partnership with Business Unit Heads and the Finance team.
2. Team Management & Operational Excellence
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing, geographically aware TA team, fostering a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and exceptional candidate experience.
- Select, implement, and optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment CRMs, and other technology to automate processes and track key metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality-of-Hire, Source-of-Hire).
- Manage the annual TA budget, optimize spend on sourcing channels (job portals, agencies, social media), and negotiate contracts with recruitment vendors and partners.
3. Sales Recruitment Focus & Expertise
- Proven hands-on experience in scaling large Sales teams in a target-driven, multi-location environment (preferably in Healthcare, Pharma, EdTech, FinTech, or a sales-heavy startup).
- Design innovative sourcing strategies for entry-level to mid-management Sales roles, including mass hiring events, campus tie-ups, and hyper-local sourcing methods.
- Ensure the hiring process for Sales roles includes effective screening and assessment tools to guarantee high-potential, high-retention hires.
4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Develop and champion Clinikk's employer brand, especially for on-the-ground teams, positioning the company as an employer of choice in the healthcare/tech space.
- Ensure an exceptional, consistent, and transparent candidate experience across all hiring channels and levels.
- Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the hiring process.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA/PGDM in HR is highly preferred.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a significant track record of success in a leadership role within a high-growth startup/scale-up environment.
- Scaling Expertise: Mandatory experience in scaling an organization from a mid-size to large workforce, specifically involving multi-city/state expansion and bulk hiring.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong preference for candidates with experience in Healthcare, Health-Tech, or a sales-heavy industry with field-based teams.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of the Indian talent market and labor laws.
- Strong data orientation and proficiency in using recruitment analytics to drive strategy.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to partner effectively with senior leadership.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a distributed TA team.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
