Coordinate with property managers to resolve any issues related to the delivery of these benefits. HR Audits: Conduct periodic HR and welfare audits at each property to verify compliance with employee benefits (especially food and accommodation), documentation, and policy adherence. Prepare audit reports and ensure follow-up on any non-compliance or gaps identified. On-Site Visits: Travel to goSTOPS hostels for employee check-ins, welfare inspections, engagement activities, and training. Reporting: Maintain detailed records and reports on employee welfare issues, engagement efforts, audits, and benefit tracking. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-location businesses. Solid understanding of employee welfare practices, HR policies, and benefit structures. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills. We are looking for a supply manager who would be able to tap into their existing network of brokers & consultants, qualify the leads and hold preliminary discussions with the property owners. The role would be based out of our office in Delhi and would require a fair bit of travel mainly in North India to assess properties on a preliminary basis. Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff member to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests, patients, residents, or employees.
