Job Title: Housekeeping Staff Department: Housekeeping Reports To: Branch Manager Location: Bangalore About Company: goSTOPS, a leading company operated hostel brand is looking to expand its presence in India. With 35+ locations currently across India, we are looking to add another 60+ properties by the end of 2026. The properties we are looking for would be licensed budget to mid-range hotels or resorts with 20-50 air conditioned ensuite rooms. We are looking for a supply manager who would be able to tap into their existing network of brokers & consultants, qualify the leads and hold preliminary discussions with the property owners. The role would be based out of our office in Delhi and would require a fair bit of travel mainly in North India to assess properties on a preliminary basis. Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff member to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests, patients, residents, or employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure high standards of hygiene and tidiness are consistently met. Responsibilities: ● Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including but not limited to rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, offices, and other common spaces. ● Make beds and change linens. ● Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces. ● Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. ● Empty trash and recycling bins. ● Clean and polish mirrors and windows. ● Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and stationery. ● Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. ● Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. ● Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly used and maintained. ● Assist with laundry duties as needed. ● Respond courteously to guest/resident/employee requests. ● Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. ● Adhere to the organization's policies and procedures. ● Perform other related duties as assigned.
