Key Responsibilities The preferred candidate should have Quality (Validation) and Process (SWES, BOM creation) knowledge. Candidate should have good communication with great attitude. Develop and execute validation protocols for process and systems Document validation activities and results, and maintain records for all validation activitiesAnalyze validation test data to determine whether systems or processes have met validation criteriaEnsure all systems are running according to necessary specifications and operate within regulations to ensure the production of quality productsWork closely with production staff to ensure operational consistency and effectivenessCoordinate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Engineering, to ensure on-time execution of validation activitiesInvestigate and resolve any issues that could potentially impact product qualityParticipate in quality audits and respond to audit findings with appropriate corrective actions Stay current with industry trends and regulatory standards to ensure validation processes are up-to-date Qualification Proven work experience as a Validation Engineer or similar role with Max 3 years experience. Strong knowledge of validation principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in validation software tools. Strong understanding of industry and regulatory standards. Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. Btech degree in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma or relevant field.
