Role Summary

Talent Acquisition Lead


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive hiring strategy for Data Engineering, Data Science, AI and Analytics roles in partnership with business stakeholders.
  • Build proactive, curated pipelines by leverage AI-powered tools for sourcing, screening, talent mapping and process automation while identifying new solutions to boost hiring effectiveness.
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from talent identification to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Build and nurture strong sourcing channels including passive talent pipelines.
  • Provide insights on talent availability, market benchmarks and competitive hiring trends.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters to adopt modern hiring practices.
  • Implement data driven hiring insights and use data to optimize sourcing, improve selection reliability and improve TAT
  • Track hiring performance metrics (TAT, Offer to Joining Ratio etc) and continuously optimize recruitment processes.
  • Partner with branding teams to strengthen company presence in the tech talent market.

Preferred Educational Qualification & Experience

  • 10–12 years of talent acquisition experience with strong focus on

    Data Science, AI, ML, Cloud, Data Engineering, Software Engineering

    domains.
  • Hands-on experience using

    AI-based platforms

    in recruitment such as chatbots, automated sourcing, intelligent screening or analytics dashboards.
  • Comfortable with data driven hiring metrics and spreadsheets.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience handling critical and niche talent needs.
  • Solid understanding of ATS, sourcing platforms and technical assessment methods.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR or related discipline.
